These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bbdji platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before playing.
18+ Age Requirement
bbdji is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Providing false age information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active bbdji account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be closed and any associated winnings voided without notice.
KYC Verification

Acceptance of Terms

Governing Language

Account Registration & Eligibility

bbdji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit copies of valid identity documents — typically a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification may be requested at bbdji's discretion. bbdji reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied in full.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbdji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bbdji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered bbdji account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
KYC Documents Accepted
Bangladesh NID (National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method documentation may also be required at bbdji's discretion prior to withdrawal approval.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bbdji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbdji does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The following deposit methods are currently supported:

- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳300, instant credit to bbdji wallet
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳300, instant credit
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳300, instant credit
- Bank Transfer — City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank; processing time 1–3 business days
Deposit Conditions
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name on the mobile wallet or bank account does not match the bbdji account holder's verified name — will be declined and returned to the sender. bbdji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified bbdji account.
- Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements fully met before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- bbdji reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts at its sole discretion.
Instant BDT Deposits
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bbdji wallet instantly with no transaction fees applied by bbdji. Minimum deposit is ৳300.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours under normal conditions. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
Name Matching Requirement
All deposit and withdrawal accounts must be registered in the same name as your verified bbdji account. Mismatched names result in declined transactions.
Bonuses and Promotions
bbdji offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates — in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has been successfully processed and verified.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

- Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. Stakes will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a game round, the outcome of that round may be void and stakes returned to the player's wallet at bbdji's discretion. bbdji does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures outside of its direct control, including failures on the part of third-party game providers or telecommunications infrastructure.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbdji platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
- Creating or operating more than one bbdji account, whether simultaneously or sequentially.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate profits — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human means to interact with games or betting markets.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems, authentication mechanisms, or responsible gaming controls.
- Using deposit or withdrawal accounts not registered in your own verified name to transact on the platform.
- Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
Zero Tolerance Policy
bbdji maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, multi-accounting, bot usage, and money laundering. All accounts are monitored continuously. Violations result in immediate closure and forfeiture.

Account Suspension & Closure
bbdji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that any of the following circumstances apply:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
- Chargebacks initiated by the player through a payment provider.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their bbdji account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbdji, its officers, employees, agents, and third-party partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bbdji platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to technical maintenance, third-party provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
- Errors or delays in game outcomes, sports event settlements, or financial transaction processing caused by circumstances outside bbdji's direct operational control.
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, and promotional content.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bbdji's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable legal authority. Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
